Refund Policy

Last updated 28 September 2026

Who handles refunds

Refunds are handled by the event organiser, not by GrandPass. The organiser is the seller of the ticket and decides on refund requests for their event.

How to request a refund

If you cannot attend, request a refund directly from the event organiser as early as possible and at least 48 hours before the event start time. Requests made less than 48 hours before the event may not be accepted. You can contact the organiser from the event page or your booking confirmation.

How refunds are funded

GrandPass holds ticket money and pays the organiser their payout about 14 days after the event. Because funds are held until after the event, an approved refund can normally be paid back from that held money before the organiser is paid out. Refunds are made to your original payment method and can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.

Cancelled or rescheduled events

If an organiser cancels an event, affected ticket holders are refunded in full, including the booking fee, from the held funds. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket normally remains valid for the new date; if you cannot attend the new date you may request a refund from the organiser.

GrandPass is not responsible for refund decisions

GrandPass and Forge9x Ltd provide the platform and process payments on behalf of organisers. We do not decide refunds for individual requests and do not guarantee that a discretionary refund will be given. Any such decision is the organiser's.

Disputes

Any dispute about a refund, a ticket or an event must first be raised with the organiser of that event. If it cannot be resolved, contact us through the support page and we will help where we can.

GrandPass is operated by Forge9x Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
