About GrandPass
GrandPass is an event discovery and ticketing platform operated by Forge9x Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Events are listed and run by independent organisers. GrandPass provides the technology to list events, sell tickets, take payment and check guests in at the door.
Your account
You need an account to buy tickets or run events. Please give accurate details, keep your login secure and do not share it. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be 18 or over to create an organiser account.
The organiser runs the event
Each event is the sole responsibility of its organiser, including the event itself, any changes, cancellations, entry conditions and refunds. When you buy a ticket you enter into a contract with the organiser, who is the seller. GrandPass is not the organiser and is not responsible for the event.
Your tickets
Tickets are personal to you and are held in your GrandPass account and by email. You may transfer a ticket to another person through the platform. Each ticket admits the stated number of people once and is scanned at the door on the day of the event. Do not share screenshots of your QR code, as the first valid scan is admitted.
Payments and organiser payouts
Payments are processed securely by Stripe on the organiser's behalf. GrandPass holds ticket funds and releases the organiser's payout approximately 14 days after the event has taken place, after deducting any platform commission. Holding funds until after the event protects buyers, because refunds for a cancelled or changed event can be met from held money before the organiser is paid.
Acceptable use
You must not use GrandPass to break the law, to defraud anyone, to resell tickets for profit outside the platform, or to post misleading or harmful content. We may suspend accounts or remove events that break these terms.
Our responsibility
The platform is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. We are not liable for an organiser's event, for their decisions, or for losses outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We may update them from time to time and will post the current version here with the date it was last updated.
GrandPass is operated by Forge9x Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
